Tracking Your Order
Once payment it is confirmed you will receive an email to your nominated email address. This email will include your personal delivery details, and tracking number.
If you do not receive this email to your inbox within 24 hours please check your junk and spam folders.

If you have purchased a piece from the Von Treskow jewellery range, in addition to another item from our store, you will receive two emails with separate tracking attached for each item. This is due to the Von Treskow Pieces being sent from another location.
In the event of a split parcel you will not be charge an additional shipping fee.

We ship Australia wide. To ensure safe arrival of your oder we encourage you to track and know what day your parcel will be coming and to ensure someone is home between 9am - 5pm on that day, for safe drop off.
