La Femme Shoes offers the ability to return your items within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, as long as they meet the below returns guidelines.
- Item must be unworn (not scuffed or damaged)
- Tags still attached
- Returned with original packaging (box, tissue paper, shoe stuffing)
- Item must be purchased at full price or used a promotional code of 20% or less, on a full priced item (clearance, sale or anything discounted over 20% cannot be returned and all purchases are final).
- Posted back to store within 14 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. "Change of mind" includes purchases where you have made an error. E.g. ordered the wrong size, colour or style.
Your item must meet all 5 guidelines to be accepted for a return or exchange. If your return does not meet these criteria we have the right to refuse your refund and send you back your item at your own cost.

If you live in Adelaide you can return your items to our Findon store.
Address: Shop 34, Findon Shopping Centre, 303 Grange Road Findon, SA, 5023.
When doing so you will need to have your original receipt with you, for proof of purchase.

Once complete please send your items back to La Femme Shoes at Shop 34, Findon Shopping Centre, 303 Grange Road Findon, SA, 5023.
Before You Send Checklist
- Ensure all items are in the parcel, along with the returns form before closing and sending off.
- Check that the parcel is secure and will not get damaged in transit.
- Clearly display To: La Femme Shoes and the returns address on the outside of the parcel.
We recommend registering your parcel. In the case that you have not registered your parcel and it is lost in transit La Femme Shoes will not be liable, therefore not grant a refund or exchange.
La Femme Shoes will not refund any postage or packing costs, this will be the customers responsibility.
All refunds will be processed through to the same card, that the initial purchase was made on.
Once we have received the item, we will strive to process the refund within 48hrs. Once the refund has been processed you will recieve a confirmation email. Please allow 12-14 days for your bank account to show the funds.
Note: Only the cost of the item will be refunded and not any postage out or back costs.
If we receive your items and require more information or do not approve for a refund you will be contacted via email or telephone. In the case of a item reaching the store and being denied a refund, La Femme Shoes is not responsible for paying for the shipping cost back to you. This shipping fee will be your responsibility.

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to receive a replacement item or a refund. All manufacture faults will have to be examined by us and the supplier before a refund is issued.
