Conditions of Purchasing

To complete an order though our website, we require some personal information from you. This information may include your real name, phone number, email address and any other requested information. Customers will also need to provide payment details, that are valid, correct and confirm that you are the person referred to in the payment details provided. We reserve the right to request proof of ID, address and banking details before we process and dispatch your order. 

All information that you provide to us must be true and accurate. 



All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance.

Once the order has been dispatched, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that all packages can be signed for on delivery. We will not leave goods unattended. In the case of you not being present when the delivery arrives, Australia Post will leave a pick up card for you to collect at the closest Post Office. 


If we believe an order will result in resale of the purchased items, we have the right to cancel the order at our discretion and the customer will be refunded their order amount.



All items purchased tagged with "Pre-order" are online exclusives prior to release and items will be shipped out once the product is ready from the supplier to ship.



All prices on the website are displayed in AUD and are inclusive of GST. 


Accepting and Refusing Orders  

When an order is placed though our website you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email does NOT mean the order has been accepted, It only confirms that we have received it. 

An acceptance email will be sent out once we have finalised and dispatched your order. 

We reserve the right to decline your order if we cannot obtain authorisation of payment, shipping restrictions apply, the item you have ordered is out of stock, the stock does not meet our QC conditions or you do not meet the eligibility for purchase under our Terms and Conditions.

We hold the right to refuse to accept an order for any reason and refuse service to anyone at anytime, at our discretion. We are not liable for taking stock off the website, adjusting content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or suspending a transaction after the processing has begun.


Payment for Product or Services

Payments can be made by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay or American Express. Payment will be deducted from your account upon order. You confirm that the payment method that is used to process the order is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the card or account to use it. If there are any problems or delays in payment, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable caution and care to keep your details safe, but we cannot and will not be liable for any loss you may suffer due to a third party gaining unauthorised access to any data you have provided to us, when using or ordering through our website.



All deliveries require a signature for delivery of goods, at which point the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. Any evidence of delivery to the address you have provided, will be conclusive that the order has been fulfilled by La Femme Shoes and all responsibility of the goods passes on to you. 


Sale Periods

During sales, there may be orders which cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability at the time of dispatch due to high demand. 

There may be delivery delays during sale periods. We apologise for any inconvenience. 


Intellectual Property

Using the website and its contents does not grant you the right to use any designs, logos or any visual or written content found on the site. Content can be defined as any photos, graphic illustrations, videos or written copy.
